I notice I post less and less in my blog here over the past few years, but here I am at the end of the year creating a few posts! Here is some artwork that was commissioned by others. Two of these images were actually recreations of my sketch book pages as I do not tear out pages. Actually I feel the original recreations of the pages were probably better than the pages themselves. I still felt I keep them loose and drew them as fast as the original pages. The others were portraits of a couple that was traditionally painted and is a layer piece. The other image was created traditionally and digitally for a friend who is a new comedian in LA. The monster piece was created for a gentlemen who I have done other work with. He asked me to do my take on a monster design of his that was already 3D printed. Anyways besides these I did hundreds of sketchbook pages, drawings, sculpts, digital art, etc. Creating is my life! Cheers!

October Digital Paintings 2020
ello all hard to believe November 2019 was the last time I posted here! The months go by fast and I am creating more than ever over this past year, that has been both interesting and more than challenging at times! Anyways this last October like every October I like to create much Halloween/Horror type art be it in my sketchbook or some digital paintings like the ones I am posting here. The digital painting of the creature coming out of the sea destroying the light house was the final form from one of my Rinktober sketches out of my sketchbook. Rinktober where everyday in October I did an quick Halloween/Horror ink drawing and posted it on social media. Anyways these digital paintings were created on my Wacom tablet in Photoshop and as always they were a blast to create! Chills!

Odds and Ends
The second image is a HEAVY METAL cover and no I did not do one for the magazine (although it would be a fun job to do.) it was for a Threadless/Heavy Metal contest. I did not win the contest, but I did had a blast creating it, which I did in Photoshop. There were many entries so coming up with a winner must of been quite a challenge in itself!
The third image here is just a recent sketchbook page of mine I cleaned up a bit and colored in Photoshop to make it a print. There are times I do create more finished images in my sketchbook.
